Sales techniques applied to works at height
At the end of the training, you will be able to question the customer, to elaborate your own selection criteria and argue them, to find out the proper solution for the end user.

- Pre-requisite: Sensitizing to work at height.

- Size: Maximum 10 participants.

Visual inspection of PPEs
At the end of the training, you will be able to put in place an after sales service; to apply documented procedures to ensure product traceability; to check each equipment and decide of their safety or dangerousness.

- Duration: 7h.
- Size: Maximum 10 participants.
- Site: Training at customer's.
Mechanical overhaul for self-retractable devices
At the end of the training, you will be able to put in place your own workshop in order to provide a quality and documented service in repairing and puting back into service KRATOS SAFETY self retractable devices.
- Targeted at: After sales technicians, end users.
- Pre-requisite: None. This training must take place around 9 months after the first devices are placed on the market.
- Duration: 12h.
- Size: Maximum 5 participants.
